No, not the Human Race but the Human Race 2.0 (or 2.1 or 2.3 or 3.7 etc.)

The human race is a collection of animals with a certain number of defining genetic characteristics that box them into the same species.

If you have these genetic characteristics (lets call them characteristics A) you are therefore human. It is impossible for an animal to both have these characteristics and to not be human.

Characteristics A were developed, through adaptation to various factors on the Planet Earth (or happening on the Planet Earth).

Characteristics A have arisen entirely due to the circumstances (animal, physical, meteorological etc.) the human race has faced on Planet Earth.

Characteristics A are the product of the Human Race populating Earth.

If the Human Race were to ever leave planet Earth and find planet Heart, for example, and populate it, over time, then they would develop Genetic Characteristics B.

They, by our own definitions, would no longer be human. They would become a species derived from human DNA that is non-human, in the same sense that mules derived from horses and donkey DNA are neither horses nor donkeys.
Therefore a Human-like race may populate other planets but the human race will never.
