Will scientists ever arrest the ageing process?

Scientists have been trying to invent and evolve ways to stop the ageing process for both sexes but especially for women. Although new methods have proven to work out in covering the outer appearances of ageing, I am not sure what is really happening to the inside tissues and body parts that are either injected with different muscle relaxants or extracted to be replaced by different material that would fix their shape

So far some see all this as a great break through that made looking young at any age possible. Still what is good today might cause a lot of problems tomorrow. Until now no one knows what would be the effects of such methods on the long run keeping in mind that once a person starts with such material, it can never be stopped. Having a BOTOX shot to erase some wrinkles in the face means having the same shot every six months to ensure that it stays the same. On the long run, the mussels are dead and the face becomes hard to maneuver just like a stone. Some of the artists are facing this problem after using such material for more than ten years

I've always believed that beauty is what GOD gave us and the rest is what's inside. Some might be more fortunate to have better looks than others but when it comes to the bottom of it beauty is from the soul.

Imagine two people: First person is gorgeous looking but with arrogant personality and poisoned soul. Second person is average or below average looking but with a pure heart and beautiful soul

I am sure that the first person will have more luck with many things in life just because beauty usually drives us and first impressions are important to us without even knowing it. Still we are mortal and beauty can be taken away in a lot of ways. What if any of the above had an accident where beauty faded and what is left is what's real… Just imagine who you prefer to be

All the time people tried to find an Elixir of Life - something what could STOP an ageing process, something what would bring them back in time when they were young and full of life...

Nowadays when the science goes with the great steps, when we can do SO MUCH as we think, I believe scientists will never stop in their search of Eternal life till they find it... And I believe they will achieve the aim... But less who thinks Do we really need this? Do we really want to live longer than God gives us? Now nobody knows: How is it? What it's like? But almost everyone wants to try. WHY?!

So I want to restate the main question - DO YOU WANT TO LIVE FOREVER???

«Hot war»: The Sun against the Earth – Who’ll win? It’s not a myth - it’s our reality and as soon we realize it, as soon we can start to fight with nature and ourselves. When I flick the TV on, I fell all of the negative information destroying my brain, like: “Bees-killers usurped the farmer’s house” or “Mass murder at Virginia University”, “Aliens applied to Earthlings with the ultimatum”, “George Bush turn into Islam”, “NASA scientist says about global warming” etc. People don’t know: what of this is true and what’s fake. There’re so many news and more than the half – either has doubtful historical value or exaggerated too much to see through it. And what about global warming? – this information I can check by myself – just turn away the PC’s display and watch through the window. I understand, that inhabitant in Chukotka may say: “Not likely! As we had -70C in the winter and as we had +20C in the summer – and we have it all, indeed, now!”. Nevertheless, for the rest people in the world – for Europe, Japan, America – this problem is main. Organization of the United Nations declared the 2007-th the geophysics year – joke too? Antarctic glaciers thaw out with precarious speed – do you think it’s fake? Humanity can’t recognize that’s this precarious situation – not a myth, because if we take it, we must do something, so it takes new money, new problems etc. It means no petroleum, less exhausts – this is bankruptcy for many big companies all around the world. Global Warming – it’s effect, but the causes are: notorious greenhouse effect (exhausts) and anomalous activity of the Sun. We can reduce greenhouse effect, but the Sun – it’s not in our power. If we let the matter rest, what we can take? Hollywood invent it: “Aliens will usurp our planet”, “We destroy the Earth by ourselves” or “The Sun blow up” – very sad end. But I hope, that in our lives will be an inscription “to be continues…” P.S. I think that the question is “Is “normal situation with the climate” a media myth?” not “Is Global Warming a media myth?”. P.S.S. Sorry for my grammar, don’t be offended.

Prophecy or Scare Mongering?

It’s always difficult these days trying to pick the fact from the fiction from the news. Sad to say even the BBC news waters down it’s facts so much it is hard to tell where one ends and the other begins. I’m sure if you asked them or any of the news papers they would tell you it is what their customers (we) want; that facts alone are boring. That may be true, certainly a hyped up story sells better than a cold report of facts alone but when it comes to really important stuff how do we actually know what to believe?

I get really annoyed when the press take it upon themselves to make up facts. A example of this was reported on the BBC1 lunchtime news only a couple of weeks ago. They showed us images of Hawthorn in flower. It was the middle of April and they were claiming this was a sign of global warming because the ‘nick name’ for this plant is the May Tree. This plant would probably been given this nick name over a thousand years ago when the temperatures in this country were certainly cooler than today. As kids my sister and I used to comment on what a silly name this plant had seeing as it nearly always seemed to flower in April! I’m sorry to say this was so long ago that no one had heard of global warming. OK so we do live in the South East where the climate is warmer but this was a really poor example and one that made me wonder how many other examples put up by the media were also rubbish.

The facts that I think we can take for granted are that our annual temperatures do appear to be getting warmer. Winter snow when I was a kid was something we could look forward to, now it is just a brief possibility. The south East of England has always been the driest part of the UK and yes we do seem to be having more ‘droughts’ but I think this is more due to the increase in demand for water here than the lack of rainfall.

One a global count I cannot say so I have to rely on what ‘experts’ tell me. It has been shown that as the Earth wobbles on its axis changes in global temperatures do occur causing ice ages and droughts every few thousand years and may be that is all this is. I think there might be something in that but I don’t think that is the entire story. As a species we do cause an increasingly large amount of pollution and I can’t see how we could expect to get away with that and think the world will just cope.

Unfortunately global warming is such an important subject we can’t afford to take chances. Get it wrong and ignore the warning signs and the damage we create for the future could be catastrophic with no way of putting it right. Act now to combat it and we could help prevent that. If it turns out later that the climate changed for natural reasons well, hey, nothing lost but in the mean time we learned to be less polluting.

Media hype in my opinion is undermining the campaign for us to clean up our act. There is a good work of fiction on this subject by Michael Crichton called ‘State of Fear’. Even though it is in itself total fiction it successfully highlights the need for us to separate fact from fiction in the media.

We feel any influences of global warming already today.

Before I start this piece, lest some don't understand, I do believe that the earth is constantly changing in temperature. It has, since the beginning of the planet, and will continue until it ends when the sun implodes as it dies.

What I do not believe to be the case is that man, our hairless ape species, has any impact on the temperature whatever. It is extreme arrogance or rather ludditism to believe that human development has anything but a minor impact on the organism that is earth.

What really irks me is the behaviour of those who believe in man-made climate change and their vicious attempts to quell all debate, paint sceptics as heretics and destroy careers. Nonetheless there are people who continue to question the concensus.

The director of the Great Global Warming Swindle responds to his critics and wonders why their attacks on the documentary were so feeble.

I would guess they were feeble because the facts presented in the program were pretty much overwhelming in their factual nature. If the envirofascists weren't worried about the facts therein why would they have tried to get it pulled? Martin Durkin struck a clear and decisive blow against the global warming zealots and exposed them for what they truly are...anti-globalists/capitalists who do not want the poor in the third world to get our of their lot in life.

Oh and recycling taxes are a load of rubbish. Reuters is sneering at a bunch of climate scientists who are ~~heretics~~ sceptical. Yet another MIT prof. comes out against the hysteria saying "its not based on science."

The consensus used to be that the earth was the centre of the universe and to say it wasn't was blasphemy. Men were burnt at the stake, tortured and ruined for daring to express this idea that is factually accurate. A climate of consensus that does not allow for healthy debate is dangerous.

The global warming hysteria is perpetrated by those who are anti-development, anti-globalisation and anti-capitalist. The media helps things along because they love any sort of panic, whether actual or fictional.

Commerce and bloggers - absolutely notion miscellaneous, field of activity of the person, and so they can not somehow radically affect the friend on friend.

The Purpose of any commercial action is directed on reception of the profit, regardless of that, what image she is reached, and usually she is expressed in material form or in money equivalent.

Blogosfera - a special world of the people, united by one purpose - a contact. This is a beautiful way of talking of their own thoughts, glance, possibility to tell about its attitude to occurring around itself and society as a whole.

Notice, before trip you were quite unacquainted, distant. You with them can discuss the different questions, problems, be divided by some sufferingses. Beside any person always there is that to say. Interference commercialism in bloggers, to my mind, unappropriate and so can not cause the enxiety for fate blogosphere. After all here people are simply divided their own thought, rather then try to earn. Consequently, commercial bloggers stand out themselves itself in separate group and, probably, will be identified otherwise.

Blogosphere is a genius work and a very great idea to creating a world of inspiration for those who wants to participate the progress of Science World … it is an enormous progress of the cyberspace which … is a very high rated achievement of our life of today and … it is a fact that in every reality … there is a positive and negative points of views.

Commercialism is a need … It is a reality of life ever since time immemorial … It enhances progress of life style and standard to it’s fullest … It is one of the essential factor of life’s reality to move on … which is very important to support the material growth of all fields … that sometimes … in the phase of excesses … uncontrollably leads to it’s ruin.

If it is not put to a proper plan and targets of Business Implementations … Yes … it will … is my clear answer … for the reason that … it will hinder a lot of creativity … which is the most important factor or essence in this type of world.

Let me give a part of an idea … The combination of all these realities will help save both excesses … Let Inspiration Be Free … Manage the Business with the freedom of choice using the guideline of the Nature of Moral of Right and Wrong … that will bring satisfaction to the both sides of these both world. To put it short … get the solution for the problem of: “All extremes kills!”
